Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit our website or get in touch with PixelGroveDigital.
Last updated:1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes the PixelGroveDigital website at pixelgrovedigital.com and enquiries sent to our contact and support addresses. A client project may require additional privacy or data-processing arrangements, which should be documented separately.
2. Information you choose to share
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a project description. When you click “Send message”, these details are sent to Formspree, our form submission provider, to process your enquiry and deliver it to us. Formspree may store submissions and process related technical information under its service settings and privacy policy. Entering details without submitting the form does not send those form fields to us.
If you contact us directly, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Technical information and cookies
Our hosting provider, Vercel, our form submission provider, Formspree, and email service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services. This can include IP addresses, request times, browser information, delivery records, and security logs. Their processing is also subject to their own policies.
The current website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or account features, and its application code does not set tracking cookies or save enquiry details in browser storage. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from Google Fonts by your browser. If we introduce optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
4. How information is used
Information shared with us is used to respond to enquiries, discuss proposals, provide requested support, manage an agreed business relationship, and address security or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the purpose: responding to a request before entering a contract, fulfilling a contract, legitimate business interests in handling correspondence and securing services, legal obligations, or consent where required.
5. Service providers and information sharing
Hosting, form submission, email, and other providers necessary to handle your request may process information on our behalf. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights and service security. Providers may operate in countries outside your own; protections and available rights can differ by location.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry and support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a relevant business record, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose; contact us if you need details about a specific record.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Formspree processes submitted enquiries, and its retention practices also apply to records held by that provider. Your email provider controls how messages sent directly by email are saved and sent.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request a copy of your personal information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some records may need to be kept to meet contractual or legal obligations.
Send privacy requests to contact@pixelgrovedigital.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and identify the relevant correspondence. You may also have the right to raise a concern with the appropriate regulator in your jurisdiction.
8. Updates and contact details
We will update this page when our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact contact@pixelgrovedigital.com. For project or service assistance, use support@pixelgrovedigital.com.
